Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale items or clearance products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our support team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label.
  3. Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible), include the proof of purchase, and attach the return label.
  4. Ship the Item: Drop off the package at your local shipping facility or arrange for a pickup, depending on the carrier used.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged item, MyUniqueGift.com will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same steps outlined above for returns. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Once we receive the original item, we will ship out the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

Late or Missing Refunds
